1. Acceptance
By accessing BizCove Collective, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Educational business content
Our guides, templates, workshops, and practice labs provide general educational information. They are not legal, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice, and they do not guarantee a particular business result.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the website lawfully and respectfully. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity, copy the service for competition, or submit unlawful, harmful, or confidential information belonging to someone else.
4. Intellectual property
BizCove Collective and its licensors retain rights in the brand, copy, frameworks, layout, and catalog materials. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased resources for your internal business work, subject to any specific license shown at purchase.
5. Demonstration features
The cart, saved Fallows, authentication window, and checkout confirmation are front-end demonstration features. No payment is taken through this implementation, and a cart entry is not a binding order.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or complete suitability for every situation. To the extent permitted by law, BizCove Collective is not liable for indirect losses arising from reliance on general content or temporary service interruption.
7. Changes and contact
