Maya Chen
Strategy facilitator
Maya helps teams turn competing priorities into visible choices and well-owned experiments.
About the collective
BizCove Collective began when three independent advisors noticed the same gap: thoughtful business plans often became forgotten documents. We built a more social, practical approach where teams can learn a concept, test it in their context, and return with evidence.
We help capable people make clearer choices, build healthier operating habits, and communicate their work with confidence—without overpromising certainty.

Amina brings customer language and internal conviction together in clear, credible messages.
Notice the reality. Name the choice. Nudge the system. This small sequence is our unusual signature: every engagement ends with one observable behavior to try, not a theatrical promise.
Week 1–2
We listen to the current operating reality through structured interviews and observation.
Week 3–4
Together we name the highest-leverage choices and design small experiments.
Ongoing
We return for 90-day reviews that refine habits and celebrate measurable progress.
